| May 7, 2018 To, The Members of Allcargo Logistics Limited Subject: “Green Initiative” As you may be aware of the green initiative announced by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) in Corporate Governance wherein MCA has allowed paperless compliances by companies through electronic mode with an intention to reduce paper consumption & contribute towards a greener environment. Your Company is dedicated in preserving and protecting the environment and has been continuously seeking opportunities to reduce usage of paper, conserve resources and minimize wastage. In order to continuously drive green initiative, your Company is constantly creating awareness through various means of communication and encourages more and more participation of Members to support green initiative. In the Notice of General Meetings, Annual Reports, Postal Ballots, Company states to register the e-mail address with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or with Depository Participants to receive all communications in electronic form as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
